The three pillars of the enlightened entrepreneurship of Gaetano Marzotto and Adriano Olivetti

Silvia Nicolis opened the conference OMI Osservatorio Monografie d’Impresa by bringing greetings from Museimpresa
10th November 09.30 – 10.30, University of Verona

The Osservatorio Monografie d’Impresa, as part of the cycle of three events organised on the occasion of the XXII Settimana della Cultura d’Impresa, organised a conference on the analysis of parallels between two of the pillars of corporate welfare in the first half of the 20th century: Gaetano Marzotto and Adriano Olivetti.
The ethical motivations, socio-cultural humus and political climates that led to the birth and development of these significant examples were explored.
There was also the contribution of an important Valdagnese entrepreneur who has ‘breathed’ and acquired, through family transmission, the ‘Marzottiano’ imprinting and has transferred it to his company today.
