Racing bicycle for non-professional racers.
Edoardo Bianchi was born on July 17, 1865 and in 1885, when he was only 20, he opened his first workshop on Via Nirone, 7 in Milan. In addition to velocipedes, Edoardo initially produced and repaired different articles such as wheelchairs, surgical equipment etc.
His true love was 2-wheeled vehicles and thanks to his inventiveness he built the first Bianchi Bicycle (April 1885), to which he applied pneumatic tires in 1888 for the first time in Italy.
Bianchi is also the Italian brand that collected most victories in sports field.
