Phonographs

The phonograph is an incision device and the mechanical reproduction of sound invented by Thomas Alva Edison in 1877 (app.). The sounds and words were recorded on a tin foil wrapped around a cylinder. “Hallo!” is the first word officially recorded by T. A. Edison (USA).
