Kodak Eastman Folding Brownie Pocket

Kodak Eastman Folding Brownie Pocket, USA – 1909

Most of the Brownie cameras are low-priced box cameras but between 1904 and 1926 a limited number of foldable cameras was made, the Brownie Folding Pocket. These cameras were more basic than the Kodak counterparts, with minimal or no variations available for the shutter. While Eastman Kodak stopped the folding cameras production in 1926, Kodak Limited in the UK made a new Six-20 folding Brownie that went into production in the late 30s and for some years after the war.
