Teodorico "Teo" Fabi (Milan, 9 March 1955) is an Italian former Formula 1 racing driver. He is the eldest brother of Corrado Faby, also a racing driver. Teo Fabi's drive style was very technical and precise.

During his career he drove in several categories. Italian Champion of Formula Ford 1600, he participated 71 Formula 1 Grand Prix reaching 2 podium, 3 pole position and 23 world points. At the same time he raced for American CART, becoming the 2nd novice in history that qualified in 1st position at Indianapolis 500, then he was forced to pull back because of a malfunction. He was vice champion of Indianapolis 500 in 1983.

The driver competed in various categories before making his debut in the top tier of single-seat motor racing. A strong and accurate driver, the ace was snapped up by Benetton in 1986, the year in which he took part in the World Championship at the helm of the B186, the first car from the fledgling F1 team. He won two championship points thanks to a commendable 5th place at the Spanish Grand Prix.
